BI Norwegian Business School invites applications and nominations for the position of Head of Department for the Department of Marketing. The Position
The Head of Department (HoD) is a fixed-term leadership appointment for a period of four years, commencing August 1st, 2026.
As a vital member of BI’s academic leadership, the HoD reports directly to the Provost for Academic Resources. The successful candidate will join the Provost’s management team and the President’s Academic Council (extended management group). The HoD plays a central role in institutional governance, various Committees, and other strategic bodies to ensure the department’s activities drive the school’s overarching mission and societal impact.

Additionally, the department features the Multisensory Marketing Group, a center for cutting-edge exploration of consumer experiences.
